Chalet Village Owners Club offers 3 Community Clubhouses with Swimming Pools, Tennis Courts, Meeting Rooms, Vending Machines and More for Gatlinburg Cabins and Chalets on Ski Mountain, Gatlinburg TN




	If use of the amenities is important to your vacation, please be certain to check with the rental company you select to be sure that the chalet you have chosen has the proper passes for access to the facilities offered. You must have the proper pass to use any of the amenities. The attendants DO NOT have the ability to provide you with passes; be sure your rental company provides them at check-in.


		Chalet Village Owners' Club is a private entity, with the privilege of using our Upper Alpine, South Baden, and North facilities extended to homeowners through membership. Membership is exclusive and limited to properties within of Chalet Village. If you are a homeowner, you must pay your yearly usage fees to receive your passes. If you are an overnight rental guest in Chalet Village, you must obtain a pass through your rental company. Chalet Village Owner's Club does not handle any overnight rentals.



	Though all of our facilities are unique in their own way, they all offer swimming pools, and a variety of games (either indoor or out) such as tennis, pool tables, ping pong, foosball, horse shoes, shuffle board, croquette and other yard games as well as changing rooms, showers, drink machines and assorted concessions. In addition, the South clubhouse has a small workout room which contains a universal gym, stair stepper,

gazelle, exercise balls, elliptical bike and other home gym type equipment so you can still get in a little work out. If you need wireless service, the South Clubhouse also has free wireless access available. Each facility has ample free parking for guests while visiting our facilities.
The North and South Clubhouses also have beautiful banquet rooms available at a nominal charge for both owners and rental guests that can accommodate large or small groups. Check out the event rooms for more information.

HOURS OF OPERATION
Memorial Day – Labor Day
9 a.m. – 9 p.m.
The South Baden Clubhouse will remain open 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. through Thanksgiving.
(Hours subject to change based on usage; call office to check hours after Labor Day).

In the event we are blessed with favorable weather, the South pool will remain open as long as the temperatures remain consistently in the 80's call the office for hours.

THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY
CHILDREN 14 AND UNDER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT
EACH CLUBHOUSE IS CLOSED ONE DAY EACH WEEK FOR MAINTENANCE.

Chalet Village Owners Club offers three recreation facilities for guests of Gatlinburg cabins and Gatlinburg chalets on Ski Mountain, Gatlinburg Tennessee. Visit our North, Upper Alpine, or South Baden clubhouses for swimming pools, tennis courts, pool tables, vending machines, and meeting rooms. Smoky Mountain reunions and retreats on Ski Mountain can reserve our meeting rooms for large gathering and enjoy our three club house locations to entertain the entire group.
