FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

BANQUET ROOMS:

What is included in the rental?  Each banquet facility has a fully functional kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ice machines, coffee pots and dishwashers.  (you must provide coffee)

Do you have tables and chairs?   Each banquet room has between 8 and 10- 60" round top tables that will seat 8-10 people. We have chairs of the appropriate number for each facility.  There are also oblong buffet tables that range between 8 feet and 10 feet. Usually there are 3 per facility. 

Do you have dishes and linens?  We have a limited number of plates and utensils available at an additional charge.  Call the office if you are interested.  We do NOT have linens for any of the tables.

Do you have a Grill?  Yes.  Both facilities have charcoal grills which are available at a nominal charge.

Do you have sound equipment/microphones?  No.  There are ample outlets for a
sound system But, you must provide equipment/DJ/entertainment.

Do you have wireless internet?  Yes, at the South facility only.  We have charter internet currently available as well as cable television hook ups however; we do not provide a television.

Do you have catering services?  No.  We do have a list of local caterers that have worked in our facilities and will be happy to provide you with their names and contact information however; we can not guarantee or endorse any outside service providers.  Your contract and agreements are directly with the provider you choose.

RECREATIONAL FACILITIES:

What is the charge for guests to use the recreational facilities?  Absolutely nothing! As long as the chalet you are renting is a member in good standing, and you have a current guest pass, you may use our facilities as often as you like during your stay.

What should I do if I have lost my pass or did not receive one?

• If you are an owner, contact the main office 865-436-4440.
• If you are a guest, you must contact your rental company.

I plan to play tennis while I'm on vacation, do I need to reserve a court?  The tennis courts are open year round and reservations are not necessary but if your schedule requires you play at a specific time you can make a reservation by calling either the North Pool 865-436-2419 or South Baden 865-436-4440.

Will I need to bring my own tennis equipment?

• You may bring your own equipment or may borrow ours during operating hours.  We do charge a $5 deposit for a set of rackets and tennis balls.  If you return the rackets and balls, your deposit will be refunded. 
• The South courts are only open until 9 p.m., the North courts have lights and are available until midnight.

Are there pool side chairs?  Each facility has plenty of lounge chairs, patio tables and dining chairs.

Do you provide towels?  No, you will need to bring your own towels (and bath towels if you plan to use our shower facilities).

How old must my children be to stay unsupervised at the pool?  Any child must be 15 to stay unaccompanied at the facilities; children 14 and under MUST have someone 18 or older with them at all times.
